International HR Consultant Trainee (M/F)

Challenge

OurInternational Team is working with clients in Thailand, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK, among others,helping them finding Talent worldwide. From the Talent Acquisition side, this challenge will require sourcing candidates in global recruitment platforms, doing remote interviews via skype, applying assessment tools and writing candidate reports. From the Client Management side, you will also manage new and existent client relationships to ensure meeting their Talent needs.

Profile

The ideal profile would be a student or a recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or similar from a Portuguese University, as well as someone with Customer Support of Foreigner clients, ambitious enough to start a career in HR Consultancy. Written and Spoken English are mandatory. Spanish, Italian or French will be an added value.

This opportunity is an internship as first professional experience in HR, supported only with meal & transportation allowance. Resulting from the internship evaluation, a good performance will, for sure, justify being hired.
